Scope
This policy explains how the Fuhua Trade Private Limited corporate website handles visitor data. The site provides company, student accommodation and shared power bank information, plus an accommodation request form. An application is not a booking, contract or payment. The site does not provide visitor accounts or sensitive-document upload.

Data we handle
When you submit an accommodation application, we process the name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, optional WeChat ID, applicant relationship, school or institution, move-in date, stay length, budget, gender preference, neighbourhood and room preferences, occupant count and any notes you choose to provide. The data is stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database and is available only to authorised accommodation administrators for review, contact and room matching. We also receive information you choose to provide by email, telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat.
Do not submit passports, FIN details, signatures, completed inspection checklists, payment-card data or other highly sensitive personal data through the website, prefilled WhatsApp message or ordinary email. If such information is required, first confirm the designated secure channel with the responsible manager.

Google Analytics and local choice
Google Analytics loads only when both conditions are met: the site has a valid Measurement ID and you explicitly choose Accept. Declining analytics does not affect site functionality. Your choice is stored in this browser's localStorage and can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer.

Third-party services
WhatsApp, email and telephone links use the relevant third-party or telecommunications service, whose own policies apply. Website videos and the downloadable PDF are hosted with this site. Videos do not autoplay and full media is requested only when the visitor chooses to play it.

Your choices and requests
You may decline analytics, reset your cookie choice, or contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal data supplied through an accommodation application or direct enquiry. Application data is retained only as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting accommodation arrangement and applicable legal obligations.
